Replaced the stock steering stabilizer shock absorber on the 1997 Jeep Wrangler with the Skyjacker 7009 HD

Installed the Skyjacker 7009 HD to replace the original steering stabilizer shock absorber on our 1997 Jeep Wrangler. The fit was as advertised; OEM replacement. No fit or installation issues. We only run 31-inch tires but can notice a difference in overall handling when hitting potholes and ruts. With the slow but steady process of replacing all original parts (ie 18 years old) with new ones, this article is for you. peace of mind.
