Skyjacker 7009 Replacement Steering Stabilizer Review

Participated in my 2000 Jeep Cherokee's "death rocker" problem (216,000 miles on it). no problems with hesitation at about 65 mph. (That's the speed I used to have major front-end wobble problems at). The pads and rotors were also replaced so I'm not sure if this anti-roll bar damper was the only solution. Drag links seem normal even with mileage.

Installed the Skyjacker 7009 HD to replace the original steering stabilizer shock absorber on our 1997 Jeep Wrangler. The fit was as advertised; OEM replacement. No fit or installation issues. We only run 31-inch tires but can notice a difference in overall handling when hitting potholes and ruts. With the slow but steady process of replacing all original parts (ie 18 years old) with new ones, this article is for you. peace of mind.

Certainly will not fit as Revane said. The OEM is black and the new one is white of course. I knew the top hat was bigger but figured a lot of smart people work for Revain so I'll put it on and give it a try. Well, it goes on, but you can't turn right when it's glued. The cylinder hits the mount as soon as it begins to compress. So maybe it's the other way around. no Thank you again for sending me the wrong parts for my jeep. Bring back the old bent one and hopefully Revain will fix this…

Product arrived on time, great price, original Skyjacker box looked like it had been towed 100 miles behind a truck then put in an Amazon box although the stabilizer bar looked brand new. The installation is very easy. To assemble the bushings, simply add a drop of dish soap and they will snap into place. Some reviews have complained that the PE grommets are too wide.
