Love them. I like to tie my hair in a bun after washing it when it's half dry. But I don't want it to have an elastic so it leaves a mark/wrinkle because when my hair is dry I untie the knot and my hair has great, natural curls. I don't have a lot of hair so my bun is small to medium. These bobby pins keep it invisible - they're just long enough to hold the bun in place without sticking out. They don't have much grip to pull your hair, but enough to stay indoors. It usually takes more than two to hold my bun without much flicking. This is definitely one of my favorite hair accessories. I sometimes keep them in my purse. Thumbs up!
