Well I didn't hang anything or pull on the wires to test them. But I pulled on each side before applying the heat shrink and the wires are fine. I used these to connect the oxygen sensor connector to the wiring on the PCM/harness side of my car. (I was able to quickly fry my old sensor's connector replacing the O2 sensor but not securing it away from the exhaust. Lesson learned.). Anyway, I used them to crimp existing copper wire to copper wire on a replacement pigtail connector. In my car, the PCM sends an offset/reference signal to the O2 sensor. So when I checked the voltage coming from the PCM through the sensor signal wire to the end of the repaired/connected connector I got 1.67v. I went ahead and checked the signal on my undamaged sensor 02 connector and got 1.61v. Suffice it to say there was no noticeable voltage drop when they crimped the copper wire to the copper cylinder and back to the copper wire. (You could even say that my repaired connector had even less resistance than the unrepaired connector!)
