My first reaction was "You're kidding! when I opened the package and saw this mess. The rope was not twisted properly as shown in the photo. The rope arrived crumpled in a plastic bag. It was like cutting a piece of rope, picking it up in your hands and putting it in a pocket. This is no exaggeration. No obvious effort has been made to roll it up or pack it neatly. It took me about 45 minutes to untangle the rope and try to roll it into a ball before I could use it. It smelled faintly of kerosene, but much less than those sold in big stores. The rope was actually good quality and looked nice. A little common sense could have helped make this a good product.
