Light, strong, best in grill presses and irons

I work in a residential group with adults with developmental disabilities. Part of our job is getting them to help prepare the food. They love hamburgers, but with motor skills this is very difficult. We buy very large hamburger chunks and this made it easy for all of my customers to get involved and help prepare dinner. We prepare large portions for a month and they like to use them in turns.
