Great for contractors and freelancers
I like that it is easy to use once you learn how! The customer service could be improved - but this isn't something we have come across as yet so can only recommend if they are good at what they do!! We haven’t had any issues with them since starting using their software 3 years ago although in my opinion there should always some support available from these systems regardless of whether people know anything about computers or not. It has allowed us (an external contractor) to get invoices out quicker because our accounts team no longer need update all accounting information manually- just enter through one system!!
Pros
- Easier than previous programs/software which makes life simpler for non IT staff.
- Works well when used correctly eith minimal input required by users, making mistakes less likely too!!!
Cons
- Not particularly intuitive initially i think most would agree
- Can sometimes take long time before submitting data
- Need internet connection during uploads / downloads etc
