I bought these shoes for the non slip sole and they work exceptionally well in my restaurant environment. The factory memory foam insoles were total crap, but that's cool because I knew I was going to take them out anyway and have Dr. Plaice. That's exactly what we did and bang, light shoes that don't look like "safety shoes", with real insoles long layers or doubles are no problem. And I no longer fear breaking my wrist every time I turn the CORNER! Order your size - buy real insoles and you'll be fine.
