Really glad I picked this up. I have two shop lights in the middle of my two car garage. They do fine on their own but I wanted more light from standard bulb outlet near my door. I had previously bought a three pronged light fixture that took three, 60 watt bulbs. Had that for less than a year and I started hearing crackling noises. So I tossed that and bought a new porcelain socket/base just to be safe. Then I got this new fixture. Its a much brighter and whiter light than the shop lights, which is what I wanted. And since its also located near my work bench, I can go there now any time to work on stuff and see quite well. (Also, I took the photo with no flash)
