Second 3 months, first 9 months

My second Mostplus MAF from Amazon, installed at the end of February 2020, lasts 3 months, after the first new one from ebay 9 months. The long-term fuel trim is 12 and 13 and the car stalls right after starting. Skip the Amazon return window. How do I contact the seller (email?) to have a warranty exchange preferred as the part is needed to repair the car (which appears to be 3 years old) or possibly refund? Expect car engine parts to last longer than oil changes. Many Thanks.
