Today I got a scratching post and started collecting it. A part was broken. Parts are missing. It's really thin and not very durable. Cats seem to enjoy playing with the ground but prefer the boxes they came in. I managed to piece this thing together with what I had. No number to call. I reinforced the broken piece with staples. There is no number anywhere. All the kittens were happy with this and they don't seem to mind the parts too much. They were curious about the scratching posts and started scratching as soon as I opened the box.
