It's not as strong as it looks in the picture. From time to time I have to check that the bars are securely fastened because they come loose. The small hammock will not stay in place as it is only hanging from 4 open hooks. For safety reasons I didn't leave it activated for my cats. I didn't like the mice that came with this cat furniture. My cats were able to remove them very easily. I felt like it was made more for kittens or cats under 10 pounds. Each cat will have more problems.

Today I got a scratching post and started collecting it. A part was broken. Parts are missing. It's really thin and not very durable. My cats are in heaven! This scratching post is huge! There are many scratching posts for my kitties to scratch and the carpet material is very soft perfect for sleeping. As with other reviews, I found the pieces were unlabeled, but it wasn't hard to figure out which was which.
