It takes a little getting used to, but it works

I didn't like it at first. I threw it in the closet and that was it. I REALLY needed chopped veggies for my diet and I'm cheap and didn't want to just buy another so I gave it another try. To be honest I just took it out of the box and started throwing veggies at it, no questions asked. Didn't even read the instructions. I mean, it's not rocket science, but handling it properly takes some getting used to. You have to place the veg on the edge where the spinning blade ends and you have to get used to how much pressure you are putting on the veg. with block material. Squeeze too hard and it just softens, press too little and it won't cut anything. I suggest slicing up a few pieces of potato first to get the right feel. Small things like celery stalks still get cut, eh. Also, SOMETIMES the stuff doesn't fall out of the spinning blade that easily unless your surface is flat. However, it works. When I have time I might upload some videos of how it works with different veggies, but for now I'll say it's pretty average. You won't waste money.
