Review on 🔪 Apex Edge Pro Sharpening System by John Ghattamaraju

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Worth a little learning

I'm giving it 4 stars because of the need to actually sharpen a blade. This requires tuning, stone soaking, and various settings for your blade. It's not just a whetstone to run a knife over, and sometimes it's sharp enough to shave with. Other than that, the build quality is very good and smooth. I sharpened 3 of my most used kitchen knives in just hours out of the box. My knives are even sharper than when they came out of the box and the blades are nice and smooth. Once you get the hang of it, a bit of a learning curve and good method, it will be easy and your knives will cut the tomato from the side, no need to hold that tomato or do the paper test, no need to pull the knife, it literally just falls through the paper. I peeled off a layer of my nail and barely felt it with excitement so watch your fingers! The price is a bit high but the end results are amazing when done right and can be repeated in a few months if you chop a lot!
