Good knife for the price, easy to sharpen bird bones

Photos don't do it justice. I needed a cleaver to smash chickens and ducks. It's quite large and I have small hands, but I handled it with ease. This is a bit intimidating as I usually used a 1/2 knife. But he cut through the bone with ease. I was able to butcher a whole chicken in less than 10 minutes. It was easy to remove the skin and fat along with grinding the bones. A pretty good knife for the price. I hope it lasts longer than some of the other reviews. Well, hand wash only.
