The Kpit C is easy to configure, maintain, and integrate with other products. I like that it runs as an appliance in conjunction with the rest of my environment which makes management easier when using multiple platforms. There are some nuances around licensing where we have had issues working out what our users will need each month. As always there are minor things you can get used to but overall its been great. We use this for ticketing purposes so its a little different than other systems we may be using internally. Its helped us keep track of tickets from many sources and allow them to communicate within their groups without being part of one team or another. It helps us understand how all teams interact/communicate together allowing us to make changes where needed.
