#1 All reviews say how difficult it is to install. Remove the mirror, its 1 set screw and it comes loose immediately. #2 I didn't use the included wing nuts, went to the store and bought other nuts and ny-lock washers to use instead. #3 for my application (2019 Tacoma, with mirror up) the screws were too long and there was only one set. So, when I installed and tightened the nuts where I wanted, I cut off the ends with bolt cutters. #4 I also bought a straight wire because the idea of a coiled power cord hanging down sounded incredibly silly. All in all a great product. . After everything was set up, I drove off and noticed almost no vibrations or anything else. Highly recommended.
