Great adapter but sizes don't match

Bought to work with my new 4k monitor and it works very well with 1 display at a time. I don't have two 4k displays, so I can't test if it works (like it says) with this setup. What it doesn't do on Windows is mix 4k and 1080p monitors. Both output in 1080p (it downsizes a 4k monitor). With a second USB adapter, I was able to output data to different screens at the same time. In the 4 display screenshot, #1 is my laptop's main display, #2 is my new 4k display, #3 and #4 are my old ones. Displays 1080p through my old USB adapter. In the 3 display screenshot, #1 is my laptop's main display, #2 is my old 1080p monitor, #3 is my new 4k display but it doesn't support 4k resolution.

Pros
  • Easy setup: Multi-streaming allows for easy setup by working natively with a device that supports DP Alt Mode over USB Type-C; Plug and play, no drivers or software required. โค๏ธ (NOTE: Connect your monitor (HDMI port) first, then your laptop (USB-C port). You may need to change the "Default Audio Output Device" setting in System Preferences to play audio.)
Cons
  • On little torn
