Try contacting support from another company.

I receive my roll and it is sealed not vacuumed. The bobbin is crooked and the thread winding is poor in sections. I contacted the company and they said they are aware of these issues and don't know what is causing them. This is their idea of support. I would return it but just missed the returns window trying to contact them.
