Perfect Trading Inc sells non-US versions of the Garmin Forerunner 935 in the US. It's not possible to upgrade the firmware to the latest version if you buy one of the non-US versions, so you won't get the latest features and bug fixes that are available for US customers. Perfect Trading agreed that I could return the watch. However, I am still leaving negative feedback as this non-US watch took me a long time to troubleshoot and I believe this is what the seller should do when selling gray market items in the US: 1) Clearly mark the item as Gray market product and indicate which region it is intended for. 2) Describe the limitations of the gray market product. In this case, the latest features and bug fixes will not be available. 3) Explain if the manufacturer's warranty applies to gray market products in the US. I know some manufacturers don't honor their warranty on gray market products, not sure what Garmin's policy is. I will remove this negative review when Perfect Trading clearly labels products outside the US as such.
