Only works on newer vehicles, great support from ankerdirect

Works on my 2012 Subaru, doesn't work on my 1999 F250. Now I have to take the time to find one that actually works in my truck. On the plus side it is well made, has lighted portals, is well made and compact. Updated May 25, 2019 AnkerDirect contacted me immediately after my initial 2-star review. They have expressed an interest in providing additional models to meet my need for a Ford 199 truck compatible charger.Updated 4 star rating for prompt and genuine support.
