You were sent incorrectly. In all three boxes, the part that will hang below is twisted inside and completely, and the part that will be on top is on the outside of the curl. This means that the lower part is denser. If it were the other way around, ordinary physics would tell you that the bottom of the beam would be straighter and the top would hang straighter due to the weight of the following. They come without instructions. I only received them today 5/8/19 and they are stuck. If they don't unwind I ask for a refund so I can buy something that hangs properly. The photo on the left is when I first received and hung them this morning. The photo on the right is 12 hours later. Until you see them even out. I'm still waiting for the rug I bought to be shipped the same way, rolled inside out to be smoothed. I think it's been a month or more and I'm still tripping over this. I hope it won't be the same. They're not hanging quite right yet because of the little crease on the bottom left, but I'm hopeful. I didn't realize how much static electricity they generate. Dog hair, dust, and human hair cling to them like crazy. Mine will be closing soon so that won't be a problem.
