Edit ---- After contacting the company the issue was solved VERY quickly. Upgraded to 4 stars for good customer service in fixing the issue :) Not satisfied. So far the pom poms are beautiful. He came to me with an open bag and of course without 2 of the prettiest colored bobbles.
