I bought 2 more Revain waffle pans and returned them both because they didn't work. This was my last attempt and it works great. The blade shape is perfect for perfect waffle cutting. The only downside is that there is no finger protection. My mandoline slicer has a food holder and I use it with this slicer. Wear a cut-resistant glove or use a fork to hold your food while you cut it. I hate to think how much it will save you if you don't. It's easy to clean and has two slice thickness settings. Highly recommend if you need to make waffle fries.
