As an Ecommerce developer this tool has been used by all my clients in Brazil who are doing their business online. Even though they don't have any problems with invoices I still recommend them using it because its easy of use for non technical people like myself. The fact that we could create multiple versions of our product catalogs so far without losing anything. No complaints at least not yet! That's why i would give 3 points out 5 instead 4 as there aren't many features but what exists works very well :) We were solving some difficulties related to shipping invoicing since most clients didn´t want us to print paper copies of invoices and deliver physical shipments only when orders reached certain amount.
