Review on LG Energy Rated Window Conditioner by Devin Tanner

I purchased two of these AC units based on a Consumer Reports review. I review many purchases with Consumer Reports before making a purchase and have never been disappointed - prior to this purchase. Both blocks did not work properly. A block was turned on for 10-20 seconds and then turned off. It was not set to power save mode but was not working properly. The second unit made a very loud buzz. It sounded like something inside the unit was loose or not properly attached because when I pressed the front of the unit the buzzing stopped. When I removed my hand, the buzzing started again.
