I had quite a bit of stress and anxiety during this pregnancy. I wake up for several hours most nights and find it very difficult to get back to sleep. My midwife suggested several herbal tinctures and this tea. I ordered this tea from Amazon because I couldn't find it in stores. I have taken herbal tinctures and have not seen much relief from sleep and anxiety. But the first night I drank this tea, I slept so well that my mind calmed down about 20 minutes after drinking it and fell asleep at 10pm. Only woke up at night to pee! I was very happy with the results and now after a busy day this is part of my nightly ritual.
