Rhodia has of all notebooks that I have tried, the smoothest and most absorbent paper. If you use brushes and felt-tip pens, then this notebook is for you. The paper is thin and flexible but will not show through most writing implements, especially art instruments, even when using very inky markers like the Stabilo Boss. It's also absorbent enough that some pens won't smear even if you immediately smear a marker on it (check out the Micron and Fudenosuke pics). 90 gsm, I bought 120 gsm), and yet the Rhodia far outperforms even the most expensive laptops. I use fewer pen tips, I never run or smudge in normal use. Highly recommended.
