Nice cookware but arrived damaged

The handle on one of the plates arrived broken. They seemed well packaged apart from the fact that the handle of one plate didn't come loose from the other. They definitely need to fix that. Another oddity of these panels is that they do not have straight edges. Not just curved, but randomly oscillating (see third photo). Those issues aside, they bake well.
