Review on Dewhel LED Electronic Flasher EP27 12 Volt FL27 5-Pin Relay: The Ultimate Hyper Flash Fix for LED Turn Signal Bulbs by Marvin Perry

Like other buyers, I installed this to replace signal lights with LEDs. With this relay, the blinkers are back to normal. However, an error occurred when turning on the emergency flasher. (buzz and light didn't work) I replaced it with my original EP27 and removed the LEDs. Everything worked perfectly again; So I'm pretty sure it's a relay issue. I have ordered an EP27 (LED compatible) from another manufacturer and will update if the issue carries over to another unit. However, my guess is that having the same issue as other buyers means it's an issue with this manufacturer's product.
