It was a worthwhile investment *Note:* Note to new buyers: If you're having trouble installing it in your cooling system like I did on a 2006 Kia Spectra5, go for it Time Take a close look at how the adapter fits the radiator or filler hole. The radiator I was looking at has a small lip just below the opening which means the round insert doesn't go in far enough to secure with a collar. I took a fairly sharp knife and made small, conservative cuts on one side of the end of the adapter to give it a flat spot. After a few adjustments, it fitted snugly and was able to nudge the system nicely. Still works on other vehicles and saved me a lot of hassle with Kia.
