The latch for the table is the best fitting

I used latches to keep my kitchen table doors from separating. Does that great. However, the screws are soft and break easily. If you're using a power wrench, set it to a very low value or you'll likely snap the screw heads. See attached picture. My 12 volt driver has settings from 0 to 14. I ended up setting the driver to 3 to avoid breaking the screw heads. If you are using an 18 volt driver, be careful. I pre-drilled the holes. This picture is from driving these screws into oak.
