They quickly reviewed my complaint and resolved it in a manner that was entirely acceptable to me. Email resolution took less than 2 days. I was very happy with the attention I received and the quick resolution. Thanks very much! The scooter itself is sturdy, fun to ride and despite the initial color issue I'm happy with it and the good customer service. Original rating. The scooter arrived before the delivery date. Everything on the scooter was fine except for the paint on the forks. He scratches a lot. It's a shame to pay full price for an item and receive it in a damaged condition.
