Great quality scooter to explore the area and beyond. Tires absorb bumps and tears. My 10 year old loves it very much. Highly recommended.

First review never posted. I ordered two of these and both sheets are damaged. Ordered a third one and it was damaged too. All the boxes looked like they had been moved a few times. They had enough parts between the three to build two scooters and bring back a third. The rest of the scooters work perfectly.

Love! Very strong! adult rider. The deck is higher than most scooters, even with a dirty razor. The higher deck takes some getting used to, but it's worth it! Can go through almost anything without stopping you like a regular razor. I took it on a hike and really enjoyed it. Highly recommended. High quality product!

Poor quality. I never write bad reviews so this is my first time. I paid full price for the scooter but it arrived late and damaged. My kid was waiting and was so excited. The only option offered was to return the entire product for a refund. The only thing that was necessary was a wheel change. Very disappointed with the product and reluctance to send a replacement part.

If you like to service every ride, this is for you. The head keeps loosening up after almost every ride - I've changed 5 tubes since, which is a real agony. The tires are thin and skinny, allowing you to pierce every spike in my area. This is the second one I bought thinking the first one might be a lemon. Both have the same problems with hoses coming loose and bursting. Wouldn't recommend it.

Updated to reflect customer experience. I contacted BoardMasters about the damage and received a response almost immediately. They quickly reviewed my complaint and resolved it in a manner that was entirely acceptable to me. Email resolution took less than 2 days. I was very happy with the attention I received and the quick resolution. Thanks very much! The scooter itself is sturdy, fun to ride and despite the initial color issue I'm happy with it and the good customer service. Original rating.

Bought this scooter for my son's 13th birthday. The scooter was exactly what my son wanted and it was delivered early. Unfortunately, the clamping screws were missing when the box was opened. I contacted the seller and he responded within 24 hours asking me for a part number that I could find in the instructions. I checked and there are no part numbers.
