Review on 🛴 Black Osprey Dirt Scooter with Chunky Off-Road Tyres - All Terrain Adult Trail Scooter by Reggie Stewart

Bought this scooter for my son's 13th birthday. The scooter was exactly what my son wanted and it was delivered early. Unfortunately, the clamping screws were missing when the box was opened. I contacted the seller and he responded within 24 hours asking me for a part number that I could find in the instructions. I checked and there are no part numbers. I sent them another email explaining this and setting out the details we need. This time it took a little longer to reply and then when they did reply they said they couldn't get us these parts and we would have to send them back and they MAY BE able to replace them. I ended up going to our local hardware store and found the screws. By the way, the holes on the clamp had to be re-drilled, but we managed. I will never buy from this seller again and do not recommend.
