Large pack of fuses

Large range of glass fuses packed in a nice little case. To respond to a previous review that said 5A fuses draw 10.7A, I'd like to ask how long that current stayed in the fuse. It should not take more than 5 MINUTES for the fuse to blow. Applying 10.7A to a 5A fuse for just a few seconds will not blow it.
