This product was purchased for personal use while cooking and was selected by this manufacturer for their reputation for quality. The s&p set is aesthetically and ergonomically comfortable, but functional. The pepper mill does not have a fine grind setting and has gotten stuck before. Both grinders leave beans on the counter that need to be cleaned after each use. (It should come with a tray to keep it on between uses.) For the price, I expected a higher level of functional quality and ease of use. I have had this product for less than a month and I hope this is the lifespan. my complaints.
