Easy user friendly system - Allows us flexibility

It's easy to use, it gives you all your data in one place and makes sense of everything for you! I like that we can change out our product line without having to get an entirely new solution from another vendor! We didn't have this before, so it has been helpful! Also, the customer service is great as well. They are always willing to help! Sometimes there could be some lag time when getting answers back or support requests go unanswered sometimes. If you're looking for something with a tonne of features but also want it to be simple and not overkill. This fits the bill perfectly! There was nothing about Adtelliengence that made me dislike them. But if i had any issues the only thing would probably be they don't seem to respond to email very quickly. Our current process involves multiple systems (ERP, CRM) which results in tons of information being stored.
