The reviews said the sparkly bits and rhinestones fell off, but I got it anyway. 1 piece of sparkly was left in the paw and only a few rhinestones had fallen out a year later, and I thought that was better than the reviews had given me hope for. The rest of the tag itself looks pretty good, still shiny silver. The hook, not so much. The hooks shiny silver wore of with time. So, in summary; a few rhinestones fell out. All but 1 piece of pink sparkly fell out of the paw print. The tag itself was still in good shape, shiny silver and legible, so I could still be contacted if my chihuahua should be lost.
