Excellent product in the accessories for cutlery and knives category

Simply put, excellent product. No complaints about that. It does what it's made for and does it well while looking great. I've had it for over six months now and it still looks great. There are no knife cuts as with edge banding boards. I cut fast like TV chefs. It's slightly sticky until more use, when the blade digs into the board and is held in place by the fibers. It passes with time. Keep this in mind when using sharp knives and cutting quickly. Mine is no longer gripping as it has been well used. You don't notice that because it looks almost new. This effect is normal with very sharp knives and high cutting speeds. Control your speed or use cheaper knives until they break. A quality knife can be chipped by twisting if it catches on the fibers. Great looking board, strong, heavy and durable. Just remember to lubricate it properly regularly, which is not difficult.
