Usually it only works in a server OS like Windows Server and it is very difficult to open

Very poor design and very difficult to open. You really can't use it with Windows 10 because the 'normal' SATA controllers supported by Win 10 and your motherboard don't recognize it. Product description and details are unclear and confusing.
