It was tightly wrapped in a plastic bag and was badly crumpled when opened. There was an instruction to lay flat 2-3 days before installing. Not wanting to wait, I covered it with a damp kitchen towel and a hot steam iron. It took about 10 minutes to perfect. Installation was easy, fitted the 2009 Camry perfectly and secured with 3M Velcro (included).
