I was afraid it wouldn't hold my bike because it's so light. I wasn't sure if it could handle all that weight either (think weight capacity! I didn't think to review it until I got it). However, I've had it for a month now and it seems to be holding my bike well. I installed it on wooden joists in my garage and it's holding up great. I'm concerned if someone accidentally puts more weight on it it might buckle, but so far it's held it down (or up). Also, I have a women's bike (tilted frame) so I had to tilt it and it still worked great! I highly recommend it if you are looking for a good basic bike rack.
