Kinda disappointed: my feedback

Well I bought my Bibury Mutipurpose Utility Kife in November 2021 and was so happy.I loved it so much so I got a few more for my friends. Now I'm kinda disappointed. I noticed that the piece of metal that kept the blade secured broke off while I was cutting card board. Also didnt realise the loop end was made of plastic material which also broke.I hope it was just mine that didnt hold out.
