I bought this for my 2002 Beetle Turbo S Downstream. It is an exact replacement, plug and play. The only problem is that the cord is a lot longer than what came in the car. However, this is easily resolved with a couple of ties. There is an extra connector in the kit, maybe it is for other cars? However, the Turbo S requires no trimming or splicing. Remove the two screws in the band clamp that connect the spool and intermediate tube. They will most likely break, go to low and buy them stainless steel. The cat's tube will lower enough to allow you to remove the transducer from the cat. I used a 7/8 adjustable wrench and tapped it with a hammer. Light Peas, Lemon Juice.
