I absolutely hate the lack of installation instructions. When looking at the contents of the package, everything was clear. I like that it was very easy to install. I like that there is no screwing. Simply insert the 4 rubberized end caps, place the hard drive in the basket and fold down the hard drive lock - done! I converted my CD tray into a caddy. I like its transparency and density. It fits perfectly, the edges are even, there are no gaps or offsets. I swear you didn't know my laptop has two hard drives.
