I consider myself a do-it-yourself expert and have had great luck with online car and truck accessory purchases until my most recent encounter with BedRug. The website was simple to use, but I had a hard time deciding what to buy because the information provided was inadequate. To learn more about the items I was considering, I had to consult third-party resources. Plus, I contacted customer support because I had some inquiries about the products. I was disappointed and frustrated by their slow and unhelpful answer. The product quality was poor when I got my order. It didn't work as well or last as long as I'd hoped, and it didn't address any of my particular concerns. As a whole, I was disappointed with BedRug and would not suggest it to other do-it-yourselfers. The poor product quality and unhelpful customer support combined to create a frustrating shopping experience.
