Peelable coating. but apple slices are the perfect size for little hands
Updated: Unfortunately the non-stick coating is peeling off horribly and is now unusable. Will have to replace. I'm not sure why a non-stick coating is even needed on an apple knife since apples aren't sticky. This makes the perfect slice size for my little son's little hands and mouth! Exactly what I was looking for and great quality. Easy to clean and since it's metal it will last a long time! I'm thankful for this because I bought it to replace a broken plastic one.
