I've owned it for a couple of weeks now and I want to share my honest opinion of this vacuum cleaner. I would like to point out that we have hard floors and pets that shed non-stop. I needed something that wouldn't scratch my vinyl floor, reach hard-to-reach places, and pick up large amounts of pet hair. This thing has done everything wonderfully and exceeded all of my expectations for the past few weeks of having it. Some qualities I REALLY like about her: - The headlights as they show hair I haven't even seen. seen before and they allow me to vacuum rooms in the dark if I just want to hit the area quickly. I didn't think light was important, but it's really good. The head is very easy to move. It has a pivot point that makes it very easy to flip. I was very impressed with how easy it was to maneuver and all the places I could now go with it. One cool thing is that you can lay it down almost completely (to get under things) and the base vacuum part doesn't lift off the floor at all, so you can get under your entertainment center, bed, couch, etc - it lies while cleaning literally good in hand. It feels like a quality, durable vacuum cleaner and is comfortable to use. I haven't had this from a vacuum in years and it's a great feeling to be able to enjoy vacuuming again as I have to do it with my pets every day. I did a lot of research on vacuum cleaners before buying and it was really difficult to choose the one that I thought would be best for me as you can only tell a lot about it by reading about it and you never can know until you try. Well I assure you that I made the absolute best choice in purchasing it and I would definitely recommend trying it out. You can always return it via Kolya or whatever if you don't like it, but I friggin love this thing (so much that I felt like writing a review lol). You will not be disappointed with this vacuum cleaner. One last thing to note, some people complain because it doesn't stay upright on its own (like when you stop using it for a moment), but that wasn't a problem for us at all. We put it in a coat closet for storage. To set it up, the handle part can actually sit on the stand and hold everything up, or you can set it up against a wall. I'm only saying that because it wasn't a problem at all, and don't let that discourage you.
