The ease of setting up processes/incidents are easy for any level user! I like how you can configure what type of incident should be generated when an item goes missing. It's also great knowing if there has been damage done to the equipment being tracked in another way than just noting it as "lost". There is nothing about this program that i dislike but would say that since it was installed by our helpdesk staff, they didn't train us properly on its use outside their department so we have not had too many problems yet. When something does go wrong it usually means someone from the IT dept needs to come out and fix whatever issue has occurred. Our main goal was tracking all items that were given out at work which allows us to see who did take them home etc before doing maintenance checks on those items upon returning back to the office.
